Issue description

From our biweekly check ins with analysts we discovered that the one of the titles for rejection reason needs a small wording tweak.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Change the name of the rejection reason Already has domains to Already has a domain

@Katherine-Osos we'll need to update the content at the original google doc. I think this is just as simple as updating the name, but I'm not sure if you want to wait to do that until this dev ticket is picked up.
