Both in the org mode and for non-org members we need the senior official table to be non-editable but displayed more like text instead of disabled fields. This helps with accessibility, especially keyboard navigability. [ ] In the portfolio view the senior official side navigation is a clickable link to the senior official page
[ ] both in the portfolio page matches the figma in the previous AC
[ ] both pages should be non-editable
[ ] the page pulls from the portfolio Senior official (not the SO on a particular domain)
[ ] In the Domain Management page for non-org members, Senior official pulls from the particular domain information in question.
