Get 401 error when logging in on local Safari Browser (sandboxes are ok) #814

Current Behavior

Possible bug: logging in on my locally running code via safari, getting a 401 (sandboxes are ok)

This is believed to be on the Django Admin side, rather than the identity sandbox.

Rachid discovered and Alysia confirmed this.

Expected Behavior

Expected to get no errors when logging in properly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. run code locally
  2. open safari
  3. go to localhost:8080 to login
  4. see error

Environment

localhost (locally running code for developement) safari

Reopened as it is still a bug and limits developers from using safari for testing

I did validate this on my Mac and was able to login to stable using Safari. This ticket was not embellished, and appeared to be obsolete. I'm OK with this being reopened, but it worked for me.

This bug has been sized by dev and meets the DoR. Moving it to "Ready."
