Add ability to include exclude file for Full Port scans

💡 Summary

Add ability to include exclude file for Full Port scans.

Motivation and context

After reviewing the script during a feature addition, it was noticed that the full port scans do not appear to account for exclude files any longer. To ensure that scans that are being ran directly from the command line don't have the ability to go out of scope the ability to provide exclude files need to be added back into the script.

Implementation notes

• Logic will need to be included in the full_port function to account for exclude files when supplied
• If an exclude file is not provided the scans should still run normal as expected

Acceptance criteria

• [x] If statements have been included to appropriately account for exclude files
• [x] Full port scans work properly when running independently
