This repo is a more appropriate home for this kind of data.

I think dotgov-home can serve the purpose of cataloging .gov hostnames (and I anticipate we'll increasingly do that). I just thought there was some duplication between the two repos. As long as that's not unnecessary duplication, I'm happy to keep playing host.
