🗣 Description

This pull request bumps the version so that we can build a fresh AMI.

💭 Motivation and context

A fresh AMI will pick up any available upstream changes, such as security updates.

🧪 Testing

Automated testing passes, and I built a staging AMI, deployed it to env6 in our staging COOL environment, and verified that it functions as expected.
