🗣 Description

This pull request bumps the version so that we can build a fresh AMI.

💭 Motivation and context

A fresh AMI will have the latest system package updates.

🧪 Testing

All automated tests pass. I also built an AMI with these changes for our staging COOL and verified that it functions as expected.
