Update Report Name to Technical Phishing Test

🗣 Description

Updates report name from Technical Payload Testing to Technical Phishing Test per leadership's request. Replaces all previous references with the new name provided.

💭 Motivation and context

Leadership has determined that it is best to rebrand the service as Technical Phishing Test (TPT) per #29

Validate that report output headers and titles populate correctly with new name as Technical Phishing Test.
