Update the output log message with more descriptive qualities

🗣 Description

This PR resolves issue https://github.com/cisagov/tpt-reports/issues/43 and adds a more descriptive output log message in CLI for the generated report.

💭 Motivation and context

To make the log message unique to the assessment and location of the output directory.

🧪 Testing

Run the script as usage suggests and verify output references are replaced.
