Add test.json data file in /tests/data

🗣 Description

Add test.json file for testing and report generation. Resolves #47

💭 Motivation and context

Blocked #21 which needed test data for testing.

🧪 Testing

This will be used to feed into unit tests. Also can be used to generate PDFs by specifying the input file tests/data/test.json.
