When producing the report, the last paragraph title (Conclusion/Recommendation Remediation) prints on page 4 instead of Page of on top of the pragraph

After producing the report, scroll down to the last page, there is no title (Conclusion/Recommendation Remediation) for the last paragraph and it is printed on the previous page on top of page number.
Expected behavior
What did you expect to happen that didn't?
We expect the title (Conclusion/Recommendation Remediation) to go on top of the last paragraph on page 5
