CISA ADP Version Using Integer Instead of String #43

There are a number of CISA ADP entries that have:

"version": 0,

However, version is a string field and this treats it as an integer, which inevitably will mess with actually using the data. I fixed this one but there are others.

@j-baines Thanks for this report. This was the result of a bug that was fixed, but a couple of entries got through in the meantime. I fixed both of them and you should see the updates posted to the repo within the next 60 minutes.
