Add support for Electricity Maps API #8

Description

Support for CO2 Signal tokens becomes deprecated (see https://www.co2signal.com). Therefore, this PR adds integration with Electricity Maps API. Tokens can be obtained at https://api-portal.electricitymaps.com.

Closes issue https://github.com/cisco-open/green-monitoring/issues/7.
