Adding Validator task doesn't show SW version proposals. #23

Problem Statement

When running the add task for validator and you are not typing in the correct software version then you dont get any proposals as you do with deploy task.

Proposed Solution

Add the same proposal structure as we have on the deploy task.

Alternatives Considered

We could look at automatically loading the SW that the lab has been deployed with if no SW version has been assigned
