Unable to locate package openh264 #2922

Please advise how to resolve this error while installing openh264 on Ubuntu 16.04

I followed below steps: add-apt-repository ppa:djcj/hybrid apt-get update apt-get install openh264

Reading package lists ..done Building dependency .. Done Reading state information .. Done E: Unable to locate package openh264

Additionally on Ubuntu 18.04 I tried add-apt-repository ppa:djcj/tools apt-get update apt-get install openh264

Still got the same error as above.

I am also facing the same issue in Ubuntu 18.04.
