Server problem #75

I am not a developer, and am using the Google Course Builder for the first 
time. I watched several videos but unable to start the app.

Can anyone tell me how to overcome the server problem.

I have attached the screen shot

Some other app is taking that port, you have the GAE app launched but running 
for the course in question, or many other things that one can't tell from the 
information provided.  It is better to deploy to App Engine instead of running 
on localhost.
