I've found your lib really useful. Thanks for this!

This PR proposes a ~Mocha-like reporter (mostly by just adding timings to Console/TraceReporter). I don't suggest to merge this as is (sincerely it's just a POC).

What are your thoughts about this?

Thank you for your kind words and the PR. :) I will take a look as soon as I have some time, great to have another useful reporter!
