Remove recommended Gradle version from documentation #53

3.0 requires 7.5 or later. Let's align to that version.

Now that a decision has been made on the new minimum, it does not make sense to have the minimum version callout in the documentation.

The callout was originally added due the sheer amount of older Gradle versions supported. With the introduction of https://github.com/ciscoo/cxf-codegen-gradle/issues/72, the version workarounds can be removed in addition to other places.
