Support additional CXF tools #61

CXF provides quite a few tools for generating code in addition to wsdl2java. The initial focus of this plugin was to provide a plugin for wsdl2java like the Maven plugin, but there is no reason not to support other tools or plugins CXF provides.

This issue will serve as a tracking issue for that effort.

Closing since there's been only (1) request for additional tools. So the umbrella tracking issue doesn't really serve a purpose.
