Sidebar Tool Window for Quick Access to frequently used parameters #24

Description

As a developer, I must have a quick access to ~10 parameters in the side bar (tool window), so that i can easily and quickly tweak them.

Definition of Done

[x] There is a tool window tab
[x] All the selected parameters are present in the tool window tab
[x] Parameter values are synchronised with the values in the settings tab by sharing the state
