Create a menu for test case selection #26

Description of changes made

Created a panel in the tool window on the side, which allows users to see the tests that have been generated by the last performed test generation action.
Created a service which can easily be used by other components of the plugin in order to display generated test cases.

Why is merge request needed

This is a crucial stepping stone for other plugin components to actually show their generated test cases to the user.
