Description of changes made

Places test generation state inside Workspace.
Ties IDE actions/events to proper modification of that workspace state.

Workspace State must be preserved VALID (perceived as NOT BROKEN to the user) throughout any combiantion of these actions:

fresh test results are published
file in main editor is edited
file in main editor is edit but then reverted to original state (covereage visualization shows again)
main editor is is closed
main editor is opened
