Second benchmark (JSON-RPC client to run the tool on)

Following the meeting on the 26th of April/the 10th of May:

So far the tool can only be tested on the Ripple JSON-RPC client since this is the only code we can get the coverage of. It is better if we could compare this to other applications. For now, I will try to build the Ganache client (Ethereum) with test coverage so the tool can run on this as well.
Ethereum already has an OpenRPC specification that can be used. I believe this specification is the same for all Ethereum clients.

We now have two benchmarks: the rippled server and the ganache server (ganache-core)
