Layer visibility toggle lets slider for slidable layers disappear #52

The layer visibility toggle of the layer component lets the user choose the layer visibility. If the layer shall be invisible it disappears from the map. In case of a slidable layer the slider disappears, too. However, if there is more than one slidable layer and only one of them is set invisible using the visibility toggle, the slider will not appear for any layer anymore unless all invisible layers are set visible again.

If the layer that has been made invisible is deleted the slider won't reappear again.
