Large ButlerDownloads need to be downloaded without totally buffering them in memory #140

currently Butler Downloads are totally buffered in the memory. Hence ButlerDownloads can reach a very large size (500MB and more) this need to be avoided. Therefore it is necessary to switch the download from the ServerAction to a direct HTTPDownload. see also cismet/cids-custom-wuppertal-server#38
