Replace reporting section in pom #21

The pom still contains a reporting section which has been deprecated in the meantime. It shall be replaced with proper configuration.

The new configuration technique is not mature enough yet (see http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-site-plugin/maven-3.html#Configuration_formats). We will reconsider this as soon as all issues are solved for the new configuration mechanism.
