The drag and drop feature is currently commented out to make working with the website easier (https://github.com/dev-cismet/verkehrszeichenkataster/blob/7409d0e5ee746cfde1e4530cbcee0f65aba0cb70/src/pages/TimelinePage.jsx#L124). This should still be looked into. Maybe there is a way to put the whole submit card above the dragging trigger so everything that happens in there doesn't trigger the drag and drop action
