[MONITOR][2.2.2][Form Builder] Adding a grid to new form does not populate in isolate cases #15

I have noted during form creation that there has been a few cases where I have created the new form

1.) Create new Test 2.) Populated Form name, rank & description 3.) Selected a 5x(x) table using the "Add Table" control (Only adding 5 column tables currently) 4.) Screen Refreshes as if adding the table, although nothing is added

I have subsequently saved the form and navigated away to test if the grid was added and it was only a redraw issue although this is not the case. The table is not added to the form.

Repeating step 3 either remaining on the form or returning to the form adds the table successfully.

I do not have a solid repeatable process as to how to cause this at this point it appears to happen randomly.

Cannot reproduce in 2.2.2, being only isolated cases with no way to accurately replicate failure mode becomes difficult to confirm if fixed
