Add the ability to hide controls from the form instead of deleting, this way we can retain the data in these columns for use later. Current available functionality is such that the control may only be removed which deletes the data associated with the control. We do not want to lose any data collected by the system.
Hidden controls should be visible although rendered differently (greyed out/collapsed?) in the form builder while not-visible in the form itself.
