System exception when saving records, record appears to be written. Client will eventually crash.

Restarting and re-entering offline mode for the test displays offline records

After application restart records are able to be reconciled successfully

I am not able to recreate this exception on my end. Please mention the steps taken if you are able to regenerate this error. Thanks.
