[2.2.2] [Configuration] Connection string exception #42

Connection string may be saved (and connection test will report as successful) with server selected and without database name entered resulting in system exception next run after restart.

ConnectionString.txt must be deleted manually to provide access to the system through the standard executable

Reading DBs from server for selection may be a solution once a test is successful populating a drop down with the results.

OK button should be disabled without successful test and all fields populated
