[ALL][Charting] Add ability to _chart_ as tabular output #59

Add ability to chart datapoints as tabular output. This adds the ability to combine data from multiple tests into a single report to be saved for regular export.

User dictated required datapoints as int. becoming columns in output. User may then load up datapoints across multiple tests.

Include Test name as selectable datapoint for clarification in tabular data.
