Image Rendering Resolution Input #6

Allow the user to specify the rendering resolution either by pixel size or by number of pixels when rendering super-resolution images. Link these two inputs so that editing one automatically updates the other.

I added an edit text box for pixel size, but I have not added the code necessary to link it with the number of pixels.
