Dear prof Petitprez and de Reyniès,

I'm a student in China. Recently I read you paper published in Genome medicine named "The murine Microenvironment Cell Population counter method to estimate abundance of tissue-infiltrating immune and stromal cell populations in murine samples using gene expression". I want to evaluate the performance of your model with other deconvolution based tools such as TIMER and CIBERSORT. Could you please send the flow cytometry measured immune cell proportion data including all biological replicants to me? Also, I want to know whether the biological samples used for flow cytometry analysis and RNA-Seq were collected from the same tissue.
