294

In this PR:

updated documentation on how keys are constructed
add clause ______E
cleaned up methods by removing methods that were illegal given their key (refs #300)
changed some of the mapping of previously illegal methods to legal alternatives
made the directory names and file names consistent with the newly introduced position for email
