Updated datacite terms #368

This PR

  1. updates the list of relation type qualifiers such that it aligns with an open PR in CFF's main/schema repo
  2. it adds a filter to deal with different casing in Zenodo export compared to the CFF proposed nomenclature / DataCite 4.x, as well as to deal with terms that have no equivalent
  3. it updates the tests
