Allow searching by contents of <title-short> tag #215

I was searching for a style file for MDPI's journals, since they provide style guides and a link to an Endnote .ens file here, but don't link to any .csl file.

I eventually did find the .csl style for it here, but I struggled for a fair while because my searches for "MDPI" didn't give me any results. It was only after looking up the full name of MDPI (Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute) that I got anywhere (and made all the more frustrating by the fact that the MDPI site itself barely gives its actual name anywhere, not even on the "about" page or "contact us" page!).

I did notice that the style actually has "MDPI" in the <title-short> element. Because of this, I would like to request the feature to allow searches to find styles by their <title-short> tag on the csl-editor site, so that I and others can avoid this possible problem in the future.

(p.s. the specific journal that I first searched for, Materials, also didn't appear when I searched for "Materials". However I have since found it through the the "dependent styles" links from the MDPI style page. I don't know why it didn't show up, but I assume it is an unrelated issue)

We'll look at how hard this is to implement, it certainly makes sense. Note that the search on zotero.org/styles includes the short title and the styles there are also more up to date than here (the ones here are currently about 6 months behind)
