The option to remove the separator before the 'and' connector #243

Dear Adam,

It will be very efficient if the option to remove the separator before the 'and' connector that is placed before the last author in the multiple author names in the author name section. Because in some languages such as Turkish, a comma does not come before the 'and' separator.

Thank you for your effort. İt is an extraordinary work..

Thanks -- nothing to do with the editor. In CSL, you can change if/wether a comma gets placed before and (delimiter-precedes-last="never" removes all commas before and). We'll allow localizing this in future versions. FWIW, the comma if Chicago Manual is not before the and (that wouldn't be used in English, either), but after the inverted first name. That's why it's (Ahlquist and Breunig) for the in-text citation.
