Specification: match attribute on cs:choose also acts between conditionals #7

In Zotero 2.0, the value of the match attribute on cs:if and cs:else-if elements not only acts within conditionals [1], but also between conditionals [2]. We probably wish to keep this behavior for CSL 1.0, but the between-conditional effect is not yet mentioned in the specification.

[1] A conditional that tests true if the item type is either "thesis" or "report":

[2] A conditional that tests true if either the item type is "thesis" or the variable "genre" has a non-empty value:

That's the way I've always understood it to work. Amending the spec to make it explicit wouldn't hurt.
