@POBrien333 there were a couple of issues with this, for future reference -- the diff isn't great, unfortunately, see if you can make sense of it

ohhh. a typo and no caps. Got it for the future. thank you for fixing.

There also was a weird y Umlaut at the beginning of some ISSNs
