This is mostly a reminder ticket for myself. I'll close this ticket myself once I can validate the English (reference) locale file against CSL 1.0RC2.

An example of some changes that were required to get there: [Author: rmzelle

Renamed "references" to "reference", removed "reference item", added season- terms ("season-01", etc), added "ad"/"bc", put some existing terms in alphabetical order">r20:2aed27e6c033]1
