Do we need a locator for "surah"? #343

Currently, divisions in the Quran can only be described using generic locators, which I'm not sure is appropriate. Should we address such cases?

Wikipedia describes it as a chapter.

Only question is how to get the output correct; right?

And the term is only used for the Quran?

I don't see any real downside to having many possible locator terms. Beyond the term "Surah", do citations to Surahs have other standardized formats (e.g., Biblical verses are always cited ala Psalms 18:24)? For Biblical verses, I would expect those would be cited as "string" locators.
