setup a CSL npm org? #430

Not sure we have any specific packages to publish there ATM (do we?), but would it make sense to set up a @csl org at npm?

It allows one to namespace packages, like @csl/processor, @csl/foo, etc.

I guess the main reason why do it without any specific need ATM is to avoid someone else grabbing it?

OK, I think I did this right.

Actually, no; I contacted their support to fix a problem with how I set it up. That account is currently a user account.

Once it's fixed, happy to add anyone else to the org, as I shouldn't be the only one. Just let me know.
