Pamphlet/brochure in Chicago styles #7120

Greetings,

CSL 1.0.2 defines the "pamphlet" type as "A fragment, historical document, or other unusually-published or ephemeral work (e.g. a sales brochure)"

Unless mistaken, Chicago Citation Style 17th edition (Pamphlets, Brochures, and Reports) says: "These types of sources are basically treated like books." -- With examples where the pamphlet/brochure title is in italics.

The current Chicago styles (checked with chicago-author-date, chicago-author-date-fr and chicago-fullnote-biblography) do not have provision for "pamphlet" and fall-back to a quoted title. Is that intended for some reason that I might have overlooked?

It seems the case of pamphlet is not covered in the current chicago-*.csl.
