screwed up recursive dependency in war build #18

set up ck works fine, but something is hosed probably with filter copying of war source

jettyRUnWar is OK, but war task is not? or is jettyRunWar hosed, too?

Hanging on a bad config. Works fine with good config: not sure yet what triggers hang. See NS config of oldpersian for beta at houston vs localconf for same repository.
