<passage> missing xmlns: and xml:lang when asking for ranges of non-leaf-node citations. #3

gq.getDocMetadata will not return metadata for URNs with passage elements at a level higher than the leaf-node. I'm on this.

Fixed by adding another test in getWorkAttrs() to catch ranges of non-leaf-node citations.
