[x] Replace emit onGdbLogMessage() with LogManager functionality
[ ] LogManager should have a logGdbOutput that will be appended to message window
[x] Most messages are not sent to the log file
[x] Info messages should be appended to message window from Visualizator::onConsoleStreamOutput only
[x] Gdb raw output should have its own category: logGdbRawOutput

GdbCall logging was refactored, but in a little different way than the tasks in the list.
