[x] A memory frame rises up with space for arguments and stops
[ ] Arguments are initialized
[x] Memory frame continues rising up with space for local variables filled with garbage
[x] Rising up animation stops

Time control of animation is not working. Memory frame does not stop between parameters and local variables.
