[x] Create a sub-class of ToolCall for calling ctags.
[ ] Provide info to user when ctags command is not found in PATH
[x] Call ctags to extract global variables for all player solution files: ctags --c-kinds=v --fields=fsnt --if0=yes --sort=no -f tags.txt *.c *.cpp
[x] Extract global variables from ctags file and provide them to the Visualizator object
