This is making dark the computer, and only show light where the robot can see: the current line being executed in code segment, its topmost stack frame, and any data that robot can reach by pointers (through its data type).
It may be enabled clicking robot's eyes. Robot in "robot view" mode may use glasses. Right-clicking the robot may also toggle its glasses.
